These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from PF Sound s.r.o.(“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope
These Terms apply to all purchases made through our online store by consumers and business customers located within the European Union.
3. Products
PF Sound s.r.o. offers small consumable products and accessories intended for use in film, television, and audiovisual productions.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and photographs are accurate. However, slight variations in appearance or packaging may occur without affecting the quality or intended use of the product.
Product availability is subject to stock levels.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
The purchase contract is concluded only after we send confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to, including but not limited to:
pricing errors;
unavailable products;
suspected fraudulent activity;
breach of these Terms.
6. Payment
We currently accept payment exclusively by bank transfer.
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
Payment instructions will be provided in the order confirmation email.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped using Zásilkovna (Packeta).
Customers may also choose personal collection from our registered office or another agreed collection point, subject to prior arrangement. Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready for collection.
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or, in the case of personal collection, when the goods are collected by the customer or their authorized representative.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 daysof receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned products should be unused, complete, and returned in their original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within the period required by applicable law after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable legislation.
9. Warranty and Defective Goods
Customers are entitled to their statutory rights regarding defective goods under Czech law and applicable European Union legislation.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PF Sound s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of PF Sound s.r.o. or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or otherwise used without prior written permission.
12. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
