Returns & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding the return of products purchased from PF Sound s.r.o. (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

This policy applies to purchases made through our online store by customers within the European Union and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

2. Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

the product must be returned within the applicable withdrawal period;

the product should be unused and in its original condition;

the product should be returned with all accessories, documentation, and original packaging where reasonably possible;

the product must be adequately packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products are properly protected during transport.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

Include your order number and the reason for your return (optional for withdrawals).

We will provide instructions for returning the goods.

Return the products without undue delay after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than the period required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is agreed upon with the customer.

Please note that any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

your order number;

a description of the issue;

photographs showing the defect or damage, where applicable.

We will assess the claim in accordance with applicable Czech and European Union consumer protection laws and will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

repair;

replacement;

price reduction; or

refund.

8. Non-Returnable Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are exempt under applicable legislation, including, where applicable:

goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;

other products excluded by applicable law.

9. Processing Time

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, you will receive confirmation by email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed promptly in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank.
